  • CrossFit Classes

    A one hour functional fitness class that includes weightlifting, calisthenics, and high intensity interval training. This is your one stop shop for getting stronger, burning fat, and gaining cardiovascular fitness.

  • Hyrox Classes

    A one hour cardio based class focused on preparing you for Hyrox and similar events such as Spartan races and Tough Mudders. This class focuses on keeping your heart rate elevated and prioritizes common movements in a Hyrox race such as running, rowing, sleds, and burpees. This class is great for beginners and is sure to get your sweat on!

  • Personal Training

    These are 1:1 or small group personalized sessions for you or a small group. This is an excellent option for somebody who is looking for a more private experience or who might be looking to work around certain injuries or limitations.   • Youth Training

    Our partner program ATP (Advanced Training & Performance) offers a variety of youth classes geared towards helping middle and high school aged kids stay active and fit.
