Skill/Strength: Double Unders

3 Rounds:

  • 50 Ball Slams (30lb/25lb)
  • 50 Front Squats with med ball (30lb/25lb)

So this video is long, but watch this girl do 10 mins of consecutive DOUBLE UNDERS!

Top of a clean!

Teams of 3 take 4 each of: 45, 25, 10 lb plates (320 lbs total) and complete the following:

100 Pullups as a Team, then:

2 rounds

  • Tire drag the weight 100m, divided up as preferred
  • Power clean 3x, 1 pair of plates at a time: 6x 65 lb; 6x 95lb; 6x 135lb

Divide up the work as needed. Strategize!

  • Starting at Evviva, complete 50 Kettlebell Swings and then race to the top of Skinners Butte to complete another 50 Kettlebell Swings!

  • 500m row
  • As many Wall Balls as you can in the remaining 3 min (20lb/14lb)

Rest 3 min, and repeat for 4 rounds!
