At CrossFit Evviva we like to have a balanced approach to fitness. Fitness is something that should be sustainable, and fun. The balance between community engagement and exercise at Evviva keeps fitness feeling sustainable allowing you to stay fit and healthy for the long term. This is a judgement free beginner friendly gym and we want to help you on your fitness journey!

How to get started!

For anyone new to CrossFit/functional fitness style workouts, we require an onramp session first. That way we can teach you the movements, lifting technique, and modifications so that you feel comfortable and confident jumping into a class. This is also the time where we will go over your fitness goals with you so that we can set you up for success in the gym!

On ramps are typically 1-4 one-on-one sessions with a coach.
