Our Programs
CrossFit
CrossFit is functional movements performed at high intensity across broad times and modal domains. In this class you will do weightlifting, high intensity interval training, and gymnastics. CrossFit is a fantastic program for anybody, regardless of their fitness level. The workouts are always scaled to the ability of the member to make sure the intended stimulus is achieved. There is no prerequisite fitness level to begin doing CrossFit, but due to the various movements we like to do a handful of personal training sessions (On-Ramps) with new members to make sure they are using proper form and feel comfortable in the gym before jumping in with a regular class.
Hyrox
Hyrox is a popular new fitness racing competition and we are excited to offer new classesto help people train for and successfully complete their first race. You can click the link here to check out Hyrox’s website to learn more about the details of the race. This class will prepare you for Hyrox, or any other obstacle or fitness race that involves running. These classes will focus primarily on cardio and fat burning, and will not feature a barbell or any high skilled gymnastics. This would also be an excellent class for anybody looking to try out the gym but you don’t want to commit to the On-Ramps involved with CrossFit Classes.
Personal Training
Both Hannah and Spencer offer personal training where we use the Opex Method to help create a very specific tailored program for each individual. Hannah has extensive experience working with individuals over 55 years old, and Spencer has helped several clients go from hardly being able to bend over to put on their shoes to squatting hundreds of pounds.
Youth Training - ATP
ATP (Advanced Training and Performance) is a fantastic program for any youth athlete who is looking to improve their fitness. Whether your child is looking to increase their athleticism to get better at their sport, or if they are simply looking for a structured workout led by a coach, this is the program for you! Every class is an hour long and spends about 20 minutes working on speed, agility, and power, then 20 minutes working on strength, then finally about 20 minutes is spent working on core, balance, or sometimes doing some high intensity intervals. We always prioritize form and take proper mechanics very seriously. Head over to the ATP website to learn more and get your kids registered!
