Crossfit evviva has three pillars on which our gym is built.

    By these three pillars, we have been able to foster an amazing community full of welcoming, kind, and hard working athletes. It is our mission that every day, each member leaves the gym better than they were when they walked in- whether it is physically or mentally. While results can be a great indicator for improvement, we value hard work and a great attitude over everything at Evviva, and that is reflected in the quality of our members, community, and staff.

How to get started!

For anyone new to CrossFit/functional fitness style workouts, we require an onramp session first. That way we can teach you the movements, lifting technique, and modifications so that you feel comfortable and confident jumping into a class. This is also the time where we will go over your fitness goals with you so that we can set you up for success in the gym!

On ramps are typically 1-4 one-on-one sessions with a coach.
