Step 1: The Consult
This is a no-sweat consult with your coach. It is a one hour meeting where you will meet your coach and tell them your story, why you want a trainer, and what your goals are with fitness. We do a full lifestyle audit, making sure that your exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress are all managed so you can live your healthiest life. From here we will schedule your first session.
Step 2: BMW
Body
A body scan that will give us a starting point and to help monitor your progress
MOve
A movement screening so that your coach can write programs appropriate to your strength, mobility, and flexibility
Work
A 10 minutes workout on a stationary bike to give us a baseline for your cardiovascular fitness
Step 3: Workout!
Start working out! Your exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle prescriptions will be delivered through an app where you can communicate with your coach. You will check in with your coach daily through the app and have one consult per month. From here we can also discuss how many times you want to work with your coach in person, or you can workout in the gym on your own. Pricing is variable depending on how many sessions you want to do in person, and can be discussed during your initial consult.
